Absolutely no anchors are provided or allowed on any rental boat!!!! No exceptions whatsoever.
Multi-Day discounts do not apply to multi-day bookings. All boats must be returned by closing time daily.
Absolutely No Refunds Due to Weather!!!
If unsafe weather happens on day of reservation, you will be offered the opportunity to move your rental to a Monday-Friday. No Saturday/Sunday/Holiday dates for rebooking.
Management will determine unsafe conditions on reservation day and offer you the opportunity to move your reservation to another day before you board the boat. If you choose to board the boat and go out, you are taking the chances in your own hands and do not get to transfer lost time to another day due to weather conditions that occur while out on the water. You also do not get a refund for lost time.
Cancellation Policy:
Customer can cancel reservation 72 hours or more before departure time, subject to $100 deposit forfeiture
Anything under 72 hours will result in no refund or transfer of rental (Please see weather policy above)
Rental Rules
Everyone that is going out on the boat must load from the marina, due to the fact that you cannot beach or dock our boats anywhere on the lake. We GPS track our boats and will know if you break the rules. In turn, if you do, we will automatically blacklist you for blatant disregard to rules with no notification to customer.
Rental must be returned ON TIME, you will be charged $5 for every minute the boat is late and after the first 10 mins it goes to $10 a minute if the boat comes back extrememly late you will be black listed from renting in the future. If you want to get out on time please come early.
Rental must be paid in full at reservation.
Must be 21yrs or older to rent/drive.
No Pets Allowed, No Exceptions. If you bring a pet, you will not be allow to board the boat till you make other arrangements, no refunds or transfer of time due to having a pet so please make other arrangements ahead of time.
No tying to/towing other boats/jetskis.
No driving boat after dusk, boat must be in designated slip at marina before dark.
No Docking at sugarloaf, other marinas, or Janssen's. You must remain 100ft away from shoreline at ALL TIMES.
No shoring/beaching of rentals.
No Fishing poles allowed on boat.
All drivers of boats Must leave valid Driver's License at office until rental is returned No Exceptions, if you're not willing to leave your license then you cannot drive the boat!!!!!!!
Fuel is NOT included in rental price, must pay for fuel used at return of rental.
Anyone born after 1985 MUST present a valid boater's license to drive a boat.
No one is allowed on upperdeck of the hardtop pontoons while the engine is running.
No jumping from upperdeck of the hardtop pontoons.
All rentals are GPS tracked.
If the boat comes back excessively dirty (management decision) you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee that starts at $100 and goes up depending on how excessively dirty the boat is. Treat our boats as if they were yours please
No Grills, Grilling, Smoking, or open flames
*If caught violating any Rental Rules you will forfeit your remaining rental time with no refund and must return boat to marina immediately.
*All rentals have in-house renter's insurance included in pricing. The renter's insurance covers up to $1,500 in damages. Renter is responsible for any damages above this amount, and payment is due on the day your rental ends!!
